Shipping policy

Shipping:

Once your order has been processed, we will typically deliver your order within 3-4 business days, within Australia, to your nominated address. In most instances, particularly Australian major and capital cities, you can expect delivery within 48 hours if your order is placed prior to 2pm (1400 Hrs) EST. 

Once your order has been received, your order will be packed and you will receive a notification, either via email or mobile phone, advising you of the progress of your order. This includes when your order leaves the distribution centre and when you can expect delivery. Your NPFulfilment tracking link is included with your shipping confirmation message. We keep you informed!! 

Shipping Charges (Refer to ‘Checkout’):
Exact shipping and delivery charges are determined by your location and the package weight. Please utilise the shipping calculator at checkout for your specific shipment cost. Australia wide shipping starts at $9.99. International shipping starts at $12.95 for standard shipping and may attract additional charges implied by the destination country. (For example, import duties and taxes associated with that countries regulations.)
